Jessica Painter and Michael Clifton exchanged their vows up in the Tahoe mountains this fall. The couple and their wedding party took full advantage of the nearby water and went on a boatride to the wedding location. The lake shore provided a beautiful backdrop for the peaceful ceremony. At the reception, guests wrote their well-wishes on postcards and slipped them in a box for the couple to read at a later time. Various hues of purple tied every element together from the argyle on the groom's socks to the flowers on every tabletop. The bride and groom strolled along the water's edge barefoot and hand-in-hand as they took in the day's happenings. To close the evening, friends and family toasted the couple and their future together.
