Apple Moves Worldwide Developers Conference to San Jose

By

On Thursday, Apple announced the location for its annual Worldwide Developers Conference—and it's not San Francisco.

This year, the annual conference of app creators will take place at the McEnery Convention center in San Jose, a location that's much closer to Apple headquarters in Cupertino and also less expensive for developers traveling to the week-long event.

And Apple isn't the only tech giant staying in the South Bay this year, Facebook also announced that F8 2017 will take place at the McEnery Convention in San Jose (the same convention center as Apple).

WWDC will go down June 5-9, 2017 and Apple is expected to reveal the hotly anticipate iPhone 8.
