Foodies and tech geeks converge this week for Exploratorium's After Dark event. While you're there, check out Stephanie Stewart-Bailey's installation Comparative Anatomy, which toys with the idea of how unrelated things (like a snail shell and your inner ear) can easily resemble each other.

From classics to contemporary, the inaugural fashion film fest features such gems as Ziegfeld Girl (1941), Barbarella (1968) starring Jane Fonda, City of Lost Children (1995) starring Jean Paul Gaultier's designs, Jennifer Siebel Newsom's Miss Representation (2011), the doc God Save My Shoes (2011), and more.
