Bring Out Your Dead and Your Flying Monkeys

The Wicked Witch of the West and Python’s medieval crack-pots go all Glinda the Good Witch when they belt it out to help fight AIDS during a special one-night only cabaret collision of the cast of Wicked and Spamalot.

Members of the cast from these hit Broadway-on-Market Street musicals will perform music and comedy in a benefit for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation. This non-profit raises  funds for AIDS service provider agencies by producing entertainment events, such as the annual Help is on the Way show.

These Popular performers will look on the bright side of life (groan here at reference to musical numbers) at Monday night’s shindig at Pier 39.  Ticket holders can purchase dinner or dessert events ¬ a cast party at the Hard Rock Café or a pre-show dinner -- to supersize the evening.

Later in the summer, the 15th annual “Help is On the Way” gala galvanizes Bay Area charity with an evening of performance, champagne, auction and other Very Important Personable encounters. Entertainer from American Idols past, TV, stage and screen (Joely Fisher, Susan Anton, Maureen McVerry, Tyne Daly, Debbie Gibson and others) will perform.
