1228 Takes a Golden Bite Out of Fall

Local jewelry line 1228, designed by Nico Lopez, has garnered massive accolades - Bat for Lashes' Natasha Khan and Adam Lambert have all been spotted wearing pieces - for its femme-meets-punky aesthetic since its inception in 2007. And while we wish we could own everything from the latest collection, we're willing to settle with a cult fave, Lopez's 24 karat gold tooth necklace. Daring and decadent? Yes, please.

Go Green or Bust: SF's Vegan Fashion Show

SF is the epicenter for all things green, so it was only due time before a vegan fashion show would sprout up. Sounds quirky, but don't expect to see potato sack frocks and hemp pants strutting down the runway.

SF Spa Week is Back With Even More Bang For Your Buck

Not that we really need one, but SF Spa Week is the perfect excuse to pamper ourselves. The highly anticipated bi-annual event, kicking off Sept. 13-19, will be offering everyone cheap and chic beauty treatments from spas all around town priced at just $50 a pop. Not bad, right? And, you know you'll be needing the much deserved rest and relaxation after all of the Fashion's Night Out shopping and partying madness the week prior. Here are our top five spa deals for you to check out.

1. Mary Thé Skin Care: Get your Fall face ready with a deep pore cleansing and manual extraction from a professional esthetician — don't worry, she's gentle.

2. Tre Balm: Melt away worries from your daily 9-5 and treat your body to a 50 minute stress relieving massage.

Marine Layer Opens Up Shop in the Marina District Today

Our favorite tees usually come from a current, or even ex-boyfriend. And while we may feel a little guilty for stealing their comfy shirts – especially from the latter – we know they can always hit up Marine Layer for a quick refill. The SF-born sustainable t-shirt and hoodies brand, founded by Mike Natenshon and Adam Lynch, will be opening the doors of its new boutique today located in the Marina District.
