Even pinball has what the Pacific Pinball Museum founder, Michael Schiess, calls a “naughty past.” It’s all part of the kid-friendly history lesson families will uncover in this Alameda destination that feels more like an arcade than a place to learn science, art, and history. Kids will love seeing familiar characters like Dracula, Iron Man, and the Addams Family on themed machines as they discover a unique pastime that’s entertained Americans since the Great Depression.
