Be a Part of Noisepop 2014 With Free Tickets to See Bleached!

By

Every year Noisepop brings some of the best underground, up and coming, and slightly over the radar bands together to perform on the stages of San Francisco's most iconic venues. Here's your chance to get in on the magic for free: Myspace is giving away two tickets to see Bleached perform on Friday, 2/28 at the Rickshaw Stop

You may recognize sisters Jesse and Jennifer Calvin from their post-punk days as Mika Miko, but these days they're dishing out slightly more wholesome tunes as the dynamic duo behind Bleached. The band's debut album, Ride Your Heart, pays allegiance to the garage-punk giants who came before them – The Ramones, Blondie and Joan Jett – and the content of their jangling tunes prove to be just as timeless.

Joining them on the stage Friday is power-punk trio Terry Malts, who generated all kinds of buzz with their 2012 full-length, Killing Time, and Tropical Popsicle who've created an almost perfect mesh between rock, garage pop, surf and psychedelia.

Want to go? We've got a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky winner. All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter (below) by Wednesday, 2/26 and we'll choose one lucky winner at random to experience Bleached at the Rickshaw Stop! The winner will be notified via email. Good Luck!
