One of the country's most celebrated chefs lives in
our own back yard.
Who is this man? Only one of the most successful chefs in America today, Charlie Palmer, the man behind 13 restaurants nationwide. If he doesn't immediately look familiar, it's only because he's not a "Food Network personality" but actually a real, classically trained chef. You know, the kind that still cook. He's also responsible for the annual Pigs & Pinot festival, which was held last weekend at the Hotel Healdsburg.
