We're getting pet-centric this Sunday at our second annual DOGMA event, in conjunction with our pals at the SF SPCA. It's a daytime celebration on Patricia Green in Hayes Valley that is equal parts adoptathon, pet talent contest (more on that in a minute!), and pet fair. Pet lovers and owners come to meetup, catchup—and possibly pickup a new furry friend, to save a life, change the world, have a ball!
There will be adoptions available from the San Francisco SPCA (FREE from 12-4 pm!), San Francisco Animal Care and Control, Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, Loup Garou, SaveABunny, MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue, and more. As for the talent show, any pet can enter (dogs, cats, moneys, birds, you name it!). If they've got a special skill–or just a rad costume–we want to see it. There are amazing prizes (not to mention bragging rights) to be had.
