Perhaps the biggest draw at District (216 Townsend St., 415-896-2120), South Beach’s latest wine-bar-cum-restaurant, is the 30-year-old Rome-born wunderkind Caterina Mirabelli. The irrepressible wine and cheese director may have lived in SF less than a year, but she’s already adamant about her favorite spots—which is what we’d expect from any self-respecting, discriminating Italian.
