| Formerly known as Nisa, these Mission District and Noe Valley outposts have gotten a new identity under co-owners Marie Biscarra and Ivy Chan (half of the four-person team behind the now-defunct Nisa). Now called Isso San Francisco, the shops remain devoted to lines designed or made in the Bay Area. | Oops, she did it again. Heidi Sabelhaus of Heidi Says and Heidi Says Shoes has opened a third store, located between her first and second shops on Fillmore Street. Consider the aptly named Heidi Says Casual the laid-back sister of the three, specializing in denim and cotton basics for women. Look for jeans by 1921 and AG, along with casual tops and bottoms by Ella Moss and cozy sweaters under Heidi Says’ new in-house line of cashmere separates.
