Happy 20th anniversary to Kyo-ya! The award-winning Japanese restaurant, nestled inside the Palace Hotel, owes its sushi mastery to Chef Akifusa Tonai, who in 2007 won the Master Sushi Chef competition and Executive Chef Kunihiko Oshikawa. For their big birthday (and in a generous nod to 7x7's upcoming 10 year anniversary next month), Kyo-ya's now offering an Anniversary Menu (through September 30th), where you can get 7 items for just $7 each and $7 sake and wines.
