Truffles and Asparagus at Chez Papa Resto
Spring is in the air—and beginning to appear on restaurant menus in the form of asparagus. Chez Papa Resto will be showcasing the vegetable (along with black truffles) with a special four-course menu they’ll be serving all month long. The menu—which features an asparagus flan, truffle-stuffed chicken and a rhubarb meringue tart, is $60 ($35 for additional wine pairings) and is available every night.
