Peko Peko at Bar Tartine
The brilliant East Bay-based Japanese catering outfit, Peko Peko, will be cooking up a feast at host kitchen Bar Tartine on November 29. Detox from your weekend of turkey with bowls of hand-rolled udon, fried pork and other delights, plus beer and sake. The five-course menu is $60 (cash or check only) and you can reserve at Open Table.
Learn About Armagnac at Bourbon and Branch
Just in time for the cold weather, Bourbon and Branch will be hosting an Armagnac class at the bar on November 30. The class is $95 and begins at 8 p.m.; to reserve your space, click here.
Meatpaper Raises the Roof
In celebration of their latest issue, the Meatpaper crew is throwing another party at Blue Bottle's rooftop cafe at the SFMOMA, the third (and final) of their fall series. Stop by on December 2 for mingling, snacks and coffee from friends and fans of the meaty journal. The event begins at 6 pm and is free and open to the public.
