Event Food Elevated By Choice Catering
With the holidays just a few weeks away, your calendar will be packed with events galore. One thing that will distinguish one from another will most definitely be the food. Just hope you're fortunate enough that at least one of your celebrations hires the standout Choice Catering.
Born in 2010, Choice Catering employs more than 30 people and produces delectable and healthy food that's seasonal, local, and organic whenever possible. From corporate events like luncheons and meetings, to private events like weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, the company provides a unique menu and theme, yet they always create a balanced and properly sized meal.
Choice Catering's commitment to local, sustainable sourcing and product is unmatched. They consciously seek out and support only those small farmers, producers and suppliers that practice sustainable methods of production and responsible usage of our precious natural resources. The company also recycles, composts and re-purposes waste materials, and they don’t use trans fats, artificial preservatives, or high fructose corn syrup in their cooking. This means that their food tastes absolutely delicious and you won't gain the extra holiday pounds!
Heavily involved in the local Bayshore food scene, Choice Catering was asked to participate in the Bayview Underground Food Scene, made baked goods for Ritual Roasters at Flora Grubb Gardens, partnered with Novela to handle their food program, and their executive chef sit on the Quesada Community Gardens Board. But if you really want to see how people feel about them, check out their five-star rating on Yelp.
