The most talented and brightest chefs in California head to the desert every year for the glitzy, indulgent Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert to spend three extraordinary days of culinary and wine tasting in the warmth of the sun. This year, it's going down from March 22-24, and you don't want to miss it.
Between a host of celebrity chef demos (by the likes of Sarah Moulton, Martin Yan, Tanya Holland, and more), seminars gourmet luncheons, more than 50 fine dining tasting booths, and more than 80 premium wines and champagnes for you to sip, there's a lot to do. Not only will you get to learn as you go, you'll get to mingle with like-minded food lovers and have stories to tell when you get back to real life.
Think of it as spring break for adults, and snap up your ticket now, before they're all gone.
