Although it might not be brilliantly sunny out today for Memorial Day, barbeque is definitely in the forecast. If a side of ribs or butt of pork didn't make it into an overnight marinade yesterday, not to worry. Several barbeque spots are open today, offering high volume take-out orders to squelch any last-minute party anxiety. Whether or not you reveal who actually made the brisket is your call.

LOWER HAIGHT: Memphis Minnie's will be selling large orders of their beloved pulled pork and pork ribs for up to 20 people. Besides flavorful meat, the great thing about Memphis Minnie's is everything comes with multiple sauces: Texas red sauce, yellow mustard sauce, North Carolina white vineager sauce, and red hot.

SOMA: Cathead's BBQ has ordered up on extra meat, expecting large quantities of ribs and brisket to sell today. Cathead's offers a plethora of sauces, in addition to namesake Cathead's bisquits, and extra points for vegetarian options like Maker's Mark mushrooms for $12 a pound.
