Craving something new and different for dinner? We've got just the thing. Head to TRACE Restaurant in the gorgeous W Hotel downtown on November 16 for an awesome collaboration dinner between TRACE's esteemed Executive Chef Paul Piscopo and the vagabond taco-slanging team Jason Hoffman and Justin Close, otherwise known as The Taco Guys.
Starting at 6 pm, you'll be greeted with a welcome reception outdoors on Hunt Lane, where The Taco Guys food truck will be parked. Nosh on small bites crafted by the chefs – including Kabocha Squash Soup with Pear Relish and Gulf Shrimp Taco with Curry and Chiles – while sipping on specialty beverages.
At 6:30 pm, guests take their seats in TRACE to enjoy, for the first time, a family-style menu developed by the chefs and optional beverage pairings created by W San Francisco mixologists. During the four courses, you can expect to feast on dishes like Dungeness Crab Custard, Roasted Crab Leg, Arancini, Salt Baked Bolinas Rockfish, and much, much more.
