What: Three-course menu with your choice of entrée: rack of lamb, filet mignon with black truffles and foie gras or lobster-and-crab ravioli. The bar is open all evening serving the regular menu.

What: Three seatings, all with prix fixe menus only. The price includes party favors and a glass of sparkling wine. Entrée choices for all seatings will include a choice of Mediterranean sea bass with fennel, orange gastrique and a black olive-tangerine vinaigrette; Roasted Atlantic cod with Provençal piperade, cockles, parsley oil and roasted pepper broth; Grilled herb crusted-lamb loin with braised lamb, baby market vegetables and red wine lamb jus; or filet mignon of beef with cèpes, potato and fennel gratin and sauce perigourdine.

The prix fixe entrée choice for both seatings will be truffle-crusted veal loin studded with sweetbreads and served with wild mushrooms, fava beans, carrots and a Madeira sauce or Millbrook Farms venison with a parsnip purée and farro risotto.
