7x7 asks the city's chefs for the recipes to their most loved cocktails, bar snacks, starters, mains, and desserts. If there's a dish you can't stop thinking about and want to make at home, email schuyler@7x7.com. Your wish may end up on the blog, along with the actual recipe from the chef.

A-16 Rockridge is the third outpost from owner and wine Director, Shelley Lindgren, and with her newest locale on College Avenue, they get to bring out the booze. Their cocktail list, created by Shelley's husband, Greg Lindgren (of 15 Romolo and Rye) and Bar Manager Aidan Hansen features Italian spirits. This unique twist on the Negroni switches out gin for grappa.

Il Giusto

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce Bertagnolli Grappa

1 ounce Carpano Punt e Mes Vermouth

2 dashes of Regan's Orange Bitters

1. Stir and pour over fresh rocks.
