Look no further than this festive and tasty cocktail from Presidio Social Club bartender Scott Brody using a tropical Brazilian cachaca. Saúde! 

Ypioca Yellow Card 

Serves 1

1.5 oz Ypioca Prata Cachaca

.5 oz The King’s Ginger

1 oz pineapple juice

5 oz simple syrup

2 oz coconut water

Pineapple leaf

Soda water

1. Build everything into a highball.

2. Fill it with ice.

3. Top it with soda water.

4. Place the pineapple leaf vertically in the glass for garnish.
