If you're looking to get out of the city, there's no better escape (or better food) than SHED in Healdsburg. Their Mother's Day brunch includes heirloom grain Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries, rhubarb compote, and whipped crème fraîche, as well as poached eggs with asparagus, smoked trout, tiny potatoes, and tarragon persillade.
