W Hotel's Collaboration with SF Food Truck Chefs is Back!
The W Hotel's TRACE Restaurant's last collaboration dinner with SF food truck stars was so successful, they're at it again! This time around on January 17, the talented Chef Paul Piscopo at TRACE will work with the folks behind Brass Knuckle SF, which is every meat lover's favorite local food truck, for their new LOCAL MOTION foodie event.
Here's how it goes down: At 6 pm, the evening begins around the TRACE communal table as guests nosh on Brass Knuckle SF favorites and newly created, music-infused menu items such as Prawns & Roses (Shrimp Taco), Fryin Maiden (Fried Chicken Slider), Gangnam Style (Pork Bun Bite), and Cheesy Manilow (the Wedge, Cheesy Cheddar Dressing). At 6:30 pm, guests can take a load off to enjoy a shared family-style menu with optional cocktail pairings. These tantalizing items involve dishes like The B-52 (Rock Lobster Carpaccio, Blood Orange), Tots & The Maytals (Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Liberty Duck), and Back in Black (Squid Ink Pasta, Dungeness Crab, Scallops, Clams); as well as sides including Smoke on the Water (Smoked Mushroom Tortellini, Porcini Broth), Russels Simmons Sprouts (Brussels Sprouts, Bacon Vinaigrette), and more. Drooling yet?
Tickets to the event are $40 per person, and seating is limited. Cocktail pairings are $25 per person. For reservations, email tracesf@whotels.com or call (415) 817-7836. TRACE is located in W San Francisco at 181 Third Street in San Francisco. For more information, please click here or call (415) 817-7836.
