Fashion Alert: Shop, Beautify for a Good Cause Tuesday
Should you find yourself downtown tomorrow quite in need of a midweek, San Francisco summer pick-me-up involving a great cause, good deals, mani pedi pampering and stylish finds from emerging designers, sidle on over to the Shop for Breast Cancer event taking place at the Embarcadero Center’s Vanity Beauty Lounge.
Local designer Sofie Olgaard and San Francisco loungewear label Toute la Nuit join event host and founder of New York-based Pretty Little Thing jewelry Lirany Vasquez for this trunk show and sample sale featuring current collections from each, as well as select styles from the designers’ fall lines available for pre-order during the event.
Opt for the special $37 Think Pink mani pedi to spruce up fingers and toes while indulging in pink cocktails and cupcakes.
If it all sounds a little too decadent for your average Tuesday afternoon, then take heart in the fact that 25 percent of the day’s sales will go to the Breast Cancer Fund in San Francisco.
Shop for Breast Cancer takes place Tuesday, July 7, from 1-7 p.m. at Vanity Beauty Lounge, Three Embarcadero Center, 2nd Floor, 415-362-2242.
