Sidewalk Chic: Maritime Muse on Market
Name: Katy O'Bryan
Occupation: Shopgirl at Anthropologie
Lives in: The Sunset
Wearing: Tabitha cardigan, Velvet shirt, Twinkle Skirt, Vera scarf, belt from Anthropologie, Camper flats
Your three key wardrobe essentials: A scarf, this necklace that my sister made for me and a hair clip for my pomp.
What most inspires your style? This is going to sound weird, but movies from the '70s for their vintage style...especially if they have Charles Bronson in them.
Favorite place to shop in SF: Besides Anthropologie, I love going to Al's Attire.
Describe your perfect Sunday: Sleeping in, then heading over to St. Francis Fountain with my man Matt for huevos rancheros, followed by a trip to hike around Muir Woods. Then back to the city for ahi with wasabi butter at Pacific Cafe topped off by a film at the Castro Theatre.
Why we love her look: O'Bryan brilliantly manages to balance bold nautical-inspired color and prints without going overboard.
