Choose Your Own Adventure with Storefront Lab's Pop Up Travel Agency for Biking Trips
Thinking of taking a long bike trip? Wouldn’t it be great if someone planned the entire thing for you—from choose the best route, to booking your hotels to finding you the best bike for the trip? That’s the premise of a new pop up store in the Mission. This week, the Post Car Travel Agency opened its doors, offering up a full-service travel agency for pedal-powered trips.
The short pop up experiment runs through Saturday, with a series of bike travel events, including tonight’s talks on bike adventure, a mechanics class for bike travel, cooking classes, and an overnight group ride to Samuel P. Taylor State Park.
In addition to offering custom trips, the Post Car Travel agents will highlight four tried and true routes that leave from San Francisco, and locally-made touring gear fit for the ride.
If you’re ready for your post-car adventures, pedal on over to the Storefront Lab (337 Shotwell St), and get prepped for the big ride.
