Your private session at Studio Rü will begin with deep stretching and rolling (sound sexy enough yet?), core mat work, and classical pilates reformer for pilates resistance exercises, tailored specifically for each person in your party of two. All sessions end with a quiet gentle restorative pose with blankets and pillows, followed by a complimentary glass of wine.
