The day starts with a continental breakfast upon arrival, and from there the class will be broken down into small groups to prepare different aspects of lunch. This month, the menu includes: Heirloom tomato salad; lamb chop with vegetable tart; and apricot sorbet with basil ice cream and pavlova served with wine pairings.
