Glamping on the Mendocino Coast

By

This week we escaped north to the rustic seaside Howard Creek Ranch Inn and B&B for some glamping, piled-high country breakfast, and super strong cowboy coffee. Perched up on the hillside in Westport, we stayed in the dog-friendly Seaview cabin complete with a outdoor kitchen, charcoal grill, enclosed outdoor shower, and massive quilts.

Although the clouds didn't break while we were there for two nights, we still enjoyed ourselves by strolling along the beach and hiking up the property's 60-plus acres of land. Also of note: nearby groves of redwoods, the famous Skunk Train, and the Glass Beach in Fort Bragg.

Enjoy the photos and then check out the stunning, serene Mendocino Coast for yourself.
