Live the Good Life at the Infinity

By

On Saturday the Embarcadero-side Infinity Tower II will be open for all potential buyers to see, with a move-ins scheduled for Spring.  The second tower has similar floorplans to the first, but the developers say the second tower has nicer interior finishes.  Finishes like quartzite countertops, brushed stainless steel plumbing fixtures, limestone flooring (in the bathroom), Kohler bathroom fixtures, Studio Becker cabinets and Bosch appliances.  Each unit has jaw-dropping and completely unobstructed views of the bay, which is one of the many reasons San Francisco is buzzing about the latest tower.  The floorplans are unique in that 4 out of 6 of them have the curved walls of the building, a factor that has many buyers flocking to the towers sales office to put down a down payment.  Another factor is the location, location, location.  You're minutes from restaurants like Boulevard and Waterbar, and you can throw stones at the Ferry Building (where you'll do your grocery shopping) from one of your balconies.  Other reasons to buy?  A full-time concierge team, 5,000 square-foot fitness center, 75-foot lap pool, theatre, club lounge and courtyard with a waterfall.  One-bedrooms start mid-$500K, two-bedrooms at high $700K, and three at high $900K.  The 3,300ish square-foot penthouse is to die for, but so is the price (still totally worth it).
