Chef Eric Ripert of New York's famous Le Bernardin will make his first SF appearance at Aqua for a special dinner on April 20. It will cost you a pretty penny, but think of it this way—the short trip will save you a flight to the East Coast. Make your reservation sooner rather than later.

Co-authored by Christine Muhlke, it’s a look behind the scenes (danger, drama!) at one of the country’s most revered fine-dining restaurants. Twenty years into it, Ripert has a lot to say.
