Love + Sex

Sex, Swinging and Those Late-Night Text Messages

Last year I was asked by 7x7 magazine to conduct a roundtable with a diverse group of San Franciscans talking about sex. The article on that roundtable ran in the 7x7 Sex Issue last summer.

I received a ton of feedback on the story ranging from “Thank god I’m not the only one who needs a really good hand job” to “Why can’t I seem to have a threesome?” to tell me the truth, Emily, “Was that my ex on the panel?”

Well, now you can listen to the podcasts from that night right here.

48 Hours of Sexy in SF

My work is pretty much all about finding who is doing whom, what, where and how many times. So, in addition to the shows, I do a lot of “research” around town.

In the last 48 hours, I attended a dinner at the Clift Hotel, recorded a show at Mitchell Brother’s O’Farrell Theater, went to an opening at Louis Vuitton and the Health & Harmony Festival in Marin County.

No, not all sexy or sex-ridden on the surface. But here’s what happened.

Grab the Earplugs—It’s LIVE 105’s BFD

photography by

Greetings music lovers,

Saturday's BFD was a Big F'in’ Deal. It was one massive sonic explosion; earplugs were a necessity, and the backstage pass a "must have."

BFD was 12 hours of hard, loud, rockin' music; more than 25 bands; a bottle of sunscreen; and more fun than a chimp at a banana tea party.

ZooFest for Kids

The 14th annual ZooFest for Kids!, designed for children ages one to 12, raised $150,000 to support animal care, education and conservation programming for the SF Zoo. Next year's event is slated for June 8.

Greetings chums,

Radio stations know how to throw a music party and the Bay Area's LIVE 105 does it bigger and better than most with its annual sonic explosion BFD.
