Photos: 7x7's Celebration of San Francisco's Hot 20 of 2011 at AT&T Park
On September 21, 7x7 staged one of our liveliest signature events at AT&T Park. San Francisco's most innovative, exciting and influential citizens joined hundreds boisterous, athletic supporters on the Club Level overlooking the stunning field of our world champion SF Giants.
Folks got feisty at the PopChips photo station, and enjoyed specialty cocktails made with Johnnie Walker Black, delicious wines from Peju Winery, ice-cold Heinekens and refreshing Smartwater, while sampling treats from Bon Appetit Catering and Mission Minis gorgeous cupcakes. Guests also entered to win a stay at San Francisco's own Hotel Vitale, with the proceeds going towards the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center, our much-loved nonprofit. AT&T's Club Level boasted a special "Puerto Vallarta" lounge, which featured a chance to win a trip courtesy of Virgin America!
DJ J Boogie (Om Records) kept the crowd funkified, and surprise celebrity hostess, the actress/comic Marga Gomez took the stage to award the guests of honor with customized bottles of Johnnie Walker Green Label!
After the informal ceremony, a very special live performance was given by Hot 20 winner Minna Choi and Magik*Magik Orchestra, with special guest band Release the Sunbird featuring Zach Rogue, lead singer of Rogue Wave. Beautiful event elements were provided by Blueprint Studios and Church Street Flowers.
