Merola Opera Program Announces "A Royal Affair," Annual Benefit and Silent Auction

By

The Merola Opera Program’s spring benefit gala, affectionately named "A Royal Affair," promises to be one of the best parties for a good cause all year.

On Saturday, April 21 pm at the Four Seasons Hotel, guests can get dressed to the nines and celebrate their favorite royal opera characters, bid in a silent auction, enjoy a three-course seated dinner and a concert by the San Francisco Opera Adler Fellows. Post-concert, join your fellow opera enthusiasts for a night of drinks and dancing.

And of course, it's all to support the art of opera and the decorated Merola Opera Program, one of the most respected young artist training programs in the world. A recognized leader in the opera community, this organization provides invaluable training and financial support to the next generation of young opera talent.

And wine lovers, take note: This year's silent auction will have a special emphasis on wines and wine events this year, in addition to featuring entertainment, dining and travel items. Look forward to bidding on more than 50 bottles of fine wines, wine tasting getaways, and a chance to mingle with experts who will be on hand to answer guests’ questions and assist them in choosing the perfect bottle of wine.
