Shaken and served up in a martini glass with a Chinese five spice dusted star anise.

1.5 oz. Soyombo
.75 oz watermelon simple syrup
.75 oz. lime
Shaken and served up in a martini glass. Spritz of peach bitters then garnish with lemon twist.

1 oz. Soyombo
.5 oz. triple sec
splash peach bitters
.5 oz. coconut puree
.5 oz. pineapple juice
.5 oz. OJ
.5 oz. lime
Combine ingredients and serve on the rocks in a hurricane. Garnished with grapefruit, cherry, and coconut.
