Now that they've cemented themselves as one of America's primo live acts, Thee Oh Sees' reputation is intact. Their newest album, Putrifiers II, is already garnering red-hot praise–Pitchfork basically called the LP a solid gateway drug into the band's huge catalogue. [via Pitchfork]

Ty Segall, sometimes also known as "The Young Master," debuted his bootleg VHS-esque music video for his song "The Hills" (a duet with Thee Oh Sees' Brigid Dawson), which he also co-directed. [via NPR.org]
