Nothing says spring like a pastel bicycle complete with a sweet farmers market basket. Get hooked up at Public Bikes' warehouse sale in Jack London Square on Saturday, April 18, where more than 80 bikes will be priced to move—think 30 to 50-percent off. Plus, stock up on all the necessary gear and accessories at 20-percent off. // PUBLIC Warehouse, 205 Alice Street (@ 2nd), Jack London District, Oakland, publicbikes.com

The collective of 73 artists at Mission and 17th, known as Studio 17, hosts Open Studios this weekend. Get there for potentially great prices and meet cool local artitsts—it may be your last chance: The artists here are facing displacement thanks to the building's owner who, like everyone apparently, is seeking tech rental dollars. // Saturday and Sunday, noon to 6pm (Mission), studio17artists.com
