There's No Place Like Home: Kittens, Costumes & Cocktails Thursday at the SF SPCA

Join the San Francisco SPCA on October 30 for "There's No Place Like Home," a festive bash in honor of the 75th Anniversary of The Wizard of Oz.Get ready to vogue for the camera with Instagram celeb @TunaMeltsMyHeart, nosh on tasty vegetarian bites from Hella Vegan Eats, Manna Sushi, Kasa Indian, Eurobistros, Frozen Kuhsterd, and Kara's Cupcakes, and frolic about with your pooch (or make a new friend!) while you sip on a cocktail or two.

Plus, you'll have the chance to introduce yourself to all the adorable (and adoptable) kitties and pups you can handle! From Thursday through Sunday, the SF SPCA is waiving adoption fees for qualified adopters looking to bring home an animal over six months old.

Don't forget to check out booths from the SF SPCA's new partner, Pawscout, which uses digital and social technology to aid in the SF SPCA's mission to end animal homelessness by 2020, transportation innovators Subaru and Zipcar, and WagAware, which will show you how they merged chic collar charms with raising adoption awareness.

Stop by the SF SPCA Mission Campus from 5 - 10 PM this Thursday, October 30, for a trip to Oz for you and your furry friends. Admission to the bash is free, but you must RSVP to attend. 5 - 10 PM, 201 Alabama Street.
