Tablehopper's Marcia Gagliardi will be hosting a grand Vietname feast at Pot de Pho for those sticking around the city between Christmas and New Year's. Details haven't been finalized yet, but here's what it will look like: Chef Khai Duong will teach attendees about the different regional styles of pho, and the detailed process he uses to make his, plus he’ll show us the correct way to eat it. There will also be a mix of tasty treats to try from the menu. Chenin blanc-viognier will be poured, compliments of Pine Ridge Winery. All that for around $50—you can't beat that.
