Currently at the SF Playhouse with the Bay Area premiere of Dead Man's Cell Phone, Ruhl, brings us an imaginative tale of a woman forced to confront her own assumptions about morality and human connection when she confiscates a cellular phone from a fellow restaurant patron … who turns out to be deceased.
