Bark! the Herald Angels Sing: SF SPCA Holiday Events

By

The holiday season for Bay Area pets doesn't have to mean reindeer headgear, elfin booties, and dreidel doggie biscuits—just let the San Francisco SPCA help you plan your pet-centric event calendar!

Macy's Believe Day: Holiday Windows Donation Matching
Each holiday season, Macy's devotes its street-level windows to the SF SPCA's adorable, adoptable kittens and pups—and next Friday is Believe Day, when Macy's will also match all your monetary donations! When you stop by to make your donation and enjoy some shopping, check out the festive windows and see if you can spot your potential new BFF!

Friday, December 6, 9am–6pm, Macy's Union Square San Francisco, 170 O'Farrell St.

Santa Paws
Bring the whole family—including your pets, of course!—and get a photo with Mr. Claus! The SF SPCA is setting up two days in the city to meet the jolly old soul himself.

Saturday, December 7, 10am–2pm, SF SPCA Atrium, 201 Alabama St.
Sunday, December 8, 11am-3pm, Prescott Hotel, 545 Post St.

Rockin' For Rescue
Looking for a way to support the SF SPCA and to see a music legend at the same time? Get to the legendary Sweetwater Music Hall in Marin to welcome Jay Farrar of Son Volt for a special holiday concert and benefit auction. Proceeds from ticket sales and auctioned artwork will benefit the San Francisco SPCA and Utley Foundation. Get your tickets online now!

Monday, December 9, 8pm, Sweetwater Music Hall, 19 Corte Madera Ave., Mill Valley, sweetwatermusichall.com
