The RealReal Debuts In Union Square

Just in time for prime holiday shopping and consigning, The RealReal made its SF brick-and-mortar debut yesterday on Stockton Street. (Alas, it will only be open for two months.) The local luxury consignment company, and not-so-secret secret weapon of designer-label hounds everywhere, has filled the pop-up with one-of-a-kind women's and men's fashions, handbags, watches, jewelry, art and even home furnishings. With its staff of gemologists and authentication experts on hand, you should think about bringing in your own highfalutin labels for cash or trade. (Check here for a list of accepted brands.) We're all for having our entire gift list financed by a once-loved-now-neglected designer piece. You? // 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, noon to 6pm Sunday, 222 Stockton St. (Union Square), therealreal.com

Margaux Pops Up in Pac Heights

Shoe girls, you're in serious trouble in the best way possible: Margaux just opened up a temporary shop on Fillmore Street that will be open until January. It's your chance to ogle, touch and try on the direct-to-consumer brand's ballet flats, available in several styles including cult-fave The Classic. (There's also a gorge block heel, by the by.) Beyond chic, every pair is handcrafted of fine Italian leather in a family-owned factory in Spain. But what truly sets the NYC label apart is an emphasis on fit— all shoes come in three widths (narrow, medium and wide) and made-to-measure is a key part of its MO. All it takes? Four measurements from each foot, and, voilà, your very own custom pairs will arrive in about six weeks Ready-made styles start at $185, made-to-measure styles start at $275. // 11am to 7pm daily, 2053 Fillmore St. (Pacific Heights), margauxny.com

New BFF Alert: Allbirds + Outdoor Voices

The athleisure gods decided the time was now to unite two cool brands from opposite coasts and give the people what they want—an Allbirds and Outdoor Voices Kit. The new limited-edition collab, inspired by "jogwalking" (an activity that lands somewhere between a leisurely walk and serious run), draws from the labels' shared minimalist aesthetic, use of soft, comfy materials and preference for tonal color palettes. The kits, available in navy and grey, are designed for men and women; each includes a top and bottom from Outdoor Voices, a pair of Allbirds runners and an exclusive tote. // Men's kits are $195, women's kits are $220 at allbirds.com or outdoorvoices.com

MeUndies Store Lands in Stanford Shopping Center

Bottoms up, indeed. MeUndies is celebrating its fifth birthday by breaking out of the virtual world with its premiere pop-up shop in Stanford Shopping Center. The LA e-tailer and maker of soft (like butta soft) men's and women's underwear, socks and loungewear is ripe for shopping through February. So what's the secret to making ridiculously comfortable (and reasonably priced) garments that are "three times softer than cotton?" It's all about the sustainable, micromodal fabric with a blend of Italian fibers. Along with the amazing feel, we can't get enough of the cheeky "adventurous" prints; current fave is Penguin Party. Prefer your underthings a little more subdued? No worries, your basic white, black and solids are all part of the mix. // 660 Stanford Shopping Center (Palo Alto), meundies.com
