Burma Superstar Dinner + Book Signing
Burma Superstar founder Desmond Tan and his coauthor Kate Leahy will toast the release of the restaurant's eponymous cookbook with a special dinner and book signing at Burma Love on Thursday. King Solomon's Table Cookbook Lunch at Mourad
Join James Beard Award–winning author Joan Nathan for a special luncheon ($105; price includes lunch, drinks, and a book), featuring recipes from her latest cookbook, at Mourad on Monday, April 10. King Solomon's Table: A Culinary Exploration of Jewish Cooking From Around the World brings to the modern kitchen more than 170 traditional dishes spanning the millennia, including Yemenite chicken soup, spinach and feta bourekas, and hummus with preserved lemon and cumin.
