One block from Dolores Park. Excuse me? One block from Dolores Park. Now that summer's starting up, do we really have to say anything more? If we must, this is a really beautiful studio located at 17th and Dolores (that one block from Dolores Park, by the way) with hardwood floors, separate kitchen with stainless steel appliances, French double doors, walk-in closet, and it allows cats. Even the exterior of the building looks nice, and you get a storage locker, to boot.

If you're in the market for a studio in the Marina you're in luck, as we saw lots of viable apartments while finding this week's Craigslist deal. We chose this particular space, located on Chestnut about a block away from Fillmore, because it has been recently remodeled and features a more spacious common area than most of the other available places.
