Crossroads Pops Up Downtown

Shotwell is out, well, moved, Crossroads is in. Though I was a fan of Shotwell being downtown accessible, I'll take recycled fashion in exchange. Berkeley-based Crossroads nabbed the Grant Avenue space for a summer pop-up shop.

It should come as no surprise seeing as how Crossroads already had their Buying Outpost at Shotwell every Thursday. The summer shop will operate their typical buy-sell-trade business, but for downtown types in a rush, dropping off your items and returning later to collect will certainly come in handy. Designer items are especially welcome.

I've been shopping there since 1991, the year Crossroads was born, and the ripe year of Blossom, to swoop up flower-powered knits and funky ensembs. Not much has changed. Enjoy your lunch break shopping.

Thank you for the inclusion! Yes, definite acknowledgement to all the women of color in technology. There’s plenty of us, but our media usually gives so much attention to the athletes, singers and actresses who deserve recognition, but it’s nice to see a balance. Thank you

I love crossroads...been shopping there since 2007..lots of good stuff.

My brother got me into going to Crossroads. Great store! It should definitely be added to a guide similar to this SF boutiques guide a friend of mine created:
