In the market for a new home? Turn your gaze towards San Mateo, where the new, progressive urban village called Bay Meadowshas popped up along the city's Caltrain route. It's a gorgeous, state-of-the-art array of homes set to open soon, and developers Stockbridge and Wilson Meany want you to visit Bay Meadows' Welcome Center to learn more.

For tours and info, drop by the Welcome Center any day from 10 am to 6 pm, and get a peek at their massive living wall by Habitat Horticulture (of Cal Academy of Sciences fame), their edible garden prototype by Star Apple, and its new twelve-acre park. At the Welcome Center, you'll learn about Bay Meadows' sustainable and environmentally friendly atmosphere, main street retail, and traditional town square, as well as their homes perfect for commuters.

You'll also see Bay Meadows' Amelia village, a 63-home neighborhood of two- and three-bedroom townhomes replete with porches and balconies, as well as Landsdowne residences, which will be composed of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes oriented to the lush greenery of Bay Meadows’ 12-acre park.

If you're on the move, Bay Meadows can help keep your life in motion.
