SF Street Style: One Guy, Three Looks, Bernal Heights

SF Street Style: One Guy, Three Looks, Bernal Heights

Photos by Kimberly Bartel.

I met photographer Abraham (Abe) Espiritu a few years back, and have always dug how he pieces modern and vintage clothing to present personal, yet on-trend looks. Last weekend, I asked him to pull together a few rain-and-shine spring looks for a little photoshoot in his hood, Bernal Heights. The end result included a fantastic mix of rain boots, black-on-black, white pants, sockless oxfords, a cool chambray, and fiery vintage prints. Check it out.

What he's wearing:  Black fedora, purchased from Artillery Apparel Gallery, Black oversized glasses by Spitfire, purchaed from Metro Park; H&M shirt and blazer; Prince lapel pin; Vintage camouflage pants; Home Depot rain boots; Oversized umbrella purchased from Target.

What he's wearing:  Army Surplus gray knit beanie, purchased on Hagiht St.; American Apparel chambray button-down shirt; Vintage vest from 31 Rax; Black Uniqlo pants, purchased in NYC; Leather oxfords purchased from Marshalls.
