Sneak Peek Inside SF Architect Doug Wittnebel's Sketchbook

When San Francisco architect Doug Wittnebel is not designing the city’s skyline with stellar new digs, he’s sketching up everything around him. Forget that this Gensler principal has wielded the Bay Area headquarters for Genentech, McCann Worldwide, AT&T, AAA, and a slew of others, Wittnebel is just as talented with a hard hat as he is without. From Napa to Mendocino to wherever his travels lead, Wittnebel has colored tons of notebooks (and more recently his iPad) with must-see artworks. Here's a super-cool glimpse into how an architect views the world.
