UM & Haas: Ensuring the Future of Innovation 2013
UM San Francisco invited members of the media and tech communities to support and celebrate the growth of entrepreneurship in the Bay Area by hosting a fundraising event for the annual UC Berkeley Startup Competition (Bplan) at the Walter A. Haas School of Business. The program provides entrepreneurs with the best possible resources, including education, networking, team creation, mentorship and venture financing.

On June 19, 7x7 staged a lively event to kickoff SF Pride Week, honoring hometown hero Wells Fargo's long-standing commitment to the LGBT community.
Guests converged at 111 Minna Gallery to engage with staffers and executives from a variety of the financial institution's departments, including Tracy Curtis (Regional President, Wells Fargo San Francisco), who spoke of 25 years of support, including sponsorship of the City's largest public event—and the largest LGBT gathering in the nation—the world-famous San Francisco Pride celebration and parade.

This high-spirited mid-week Pride kickoff will feature complimentary bites from Small Potatoes Catering, complimentary beverages with Karlsson's Vodka and Bud Light Platinum, and a fun raffle benefiting the Youth Program @ the Center.

We're resurrecting an old series: Weird Art in Bars, in which we explore the wacky adornments on the walls of the city's favorite and under-the-radar watering holes.
Beats for Boobs at 111 Minna
If a slightly pornographic headline didn't get your attention, maybe this will: On Friday, Oct. 23, 111 Minna Galley will open its doors to a colorful breast cancer fundraiser, "Beats for Boobs," comprising a fashion show; bumping DJ lineup; nibbles from local culinary talent; performances by hula hoopers, breakdancers and the like; and much, much more. The all-night event runs from 6pm through 2am.
