More Adele Tickets Go On Sale This Sunday

So, you've been mourning the fact that you couldn't score tickets to Adele's sold-out June show at the Warfield, desperately plotting elaborate schemes to sneak into the performance. Plot no more. This weekend, you've got a second chance, and it's completely legit. The show is moving to the Greek Theatre, and additional tickets ($45 lawn, $65 reserved) will go on sale this Sunday, 4/17, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, Another Planet, or by calling 800-745-3000.

That little band called Arcade Fire just added a second date at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley on October 3rd, which means redemption for anyone without an American Express card or fast enough clicking fingers to get in on their sold-out-in-one-minute Big Sur show. Hallelujah!

If you spent the morning jittery with anticipation and constantly refreshing the Henry Miller Memorial Library's Events page and were greeted with the opportunity to add your name to the "waitlist," join the club. Several of our officemates suffered the same fate.

Arcade Fire Announce Two Bay Area Shows in October

People: It's time to do some serious psyching-up for what are sure to be some adrenaline-infused moments next week: Arcade Fire tickets go on sale for their sure-to-be epic Bay Area shows in October. First up is an October 2nd performance at the Greek Theatre. Tickets for that go on sale August 22nd. Their second show is in the woods of Big Sur at the Henry Miller Memorial Library, a few days later on October 5th. Tickets for that performance go on sale August 18th at high noon. Mark your calendars!
